 TARFEST is a premiere arts and culture event in Los Angels and the Miracle Mile District, produced by LAUNCH LA.  TheKorean Cultural Center, Los Angeles participate in this show as a partner.

TarFest has taken place over one weekend each fall. TarFest is produced with the support of local businesses, institutions and individuals. Historically, TarFest has received grants from Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, LA County Arts Commission and the California Community Foundation.
