BLACKPINK member Rose has set two Guinness World Records in her solo debut.

Guinness of the U.K. on April 9 said the title track from her debut solo album "On The Ground" set the mark for the most viewed music video on YouTube in 24 hours by a solo K-pop artist.

The video saw 41.6 million views on its first day of release, easily breaking the previous record of 36 million set eight years earlier by Psy's "Gangnam Style."

Rose is also the first artist to top a chart of the U.S.-based Billboard as both a solo artist and a member of a group.

"On the Ground" last month topped the Billboard Global 200, following the footsteps of the title track from BLACKPINK's first regular album "Lovesick Girls," which topped both the Billboard charts for World Digital Song Sales and Global Excl. U.S. after its release in October last year.

"Congratulations to Rose on her incredible achievement," Guinness said. "This may just be the start of her record-breaking solo career."
