The four-day trip will offer a chance for the two countries to review bilateral ties, which mark their 21st anniversary this year, and set forth a future vision for them. The visit is expected to serve as a historic cornerstone to upgrade relations and strengthen trust between both leaders, who took office earlier this year.

In addition, President Park will attend a state dinner in Beijing June 27.

At the summit, the two leaders will review bilateral relations and discuss raising cooperation and exchanges in politics, economy, society and culture, cooperation in pursuing peace, stability and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula, Northeast Asia and the world.
