 How can I change my ID? |
|
In principle, changing one¡¯s ID is not allowed. But if you sign up again, after canceling an earlier membership, you can use a new ID. You are advised to save the backup data and materials you have registered on My Service before following through with this procedure. Membership cancellation will result in the loss of registered data and materials on that menu. |

| I can¡¯t remember my ID. What should I do? |
|
| Click "Log in" to open up the Log In page. Then, click on "Forgot your ID or password?" which is located just below the boxes for ID and password. Select "Korean, or Non-Korean" on the next page, and type in the information requested for locating your ID. When you finally click "Get your ID", the information on your Korea.net ID will be sent to you through the e-mail address you registered at the time you signed up. |

| B. Password |

| I cannot log on to Korea.net due to an error in my password. How can I fix it? |
|
Click "Log In" at the top of the site to open up the Log In Page. When the page opens up, click on "Forgot your ID or password?" just below the boxes for ID and password. Select "Korean or Non-Korean" on the next page and type in information requested for locating your password.
When you click "Get new password," a temporary password will be issued to you through the e-mail address you registered when you signed up. |

| I would like to change my password. |

| You can change your password by clicking on Change Password, located in My Account Info (a sub-menu of the My menu). First, type in your current password. Then in the box below, type in a new password, and type it again in the third box for confirmation. When you click Confirm the process is complete. |

| I am registered with an incorrect name. How can I correct that? |
|
| Once registered, member names cannot be corrected. You will have to send a fax to 02-398-1878 or send an email to our webmaster (webmaster@korea.net) with a photocopy of your passport, proving that the name was registered incorrectly by mistake |

| I wish to change my membership information |
|
| You can change it on Change My Account Info under My Account Info, which is a sub-menu of the My menu. Revise any parts of membership information you wish to modify on the screens, and then click the confirmation button. Changing your ID or name, however, is not allowed |

| I was registered as a foreigner by mistake. How do I go about correcting the situation? |
|
| Currently, we maintain Korean and foreign membership information separately. So if you want to change your incorrectly registered nationality, the best way would be to cancel your current membership and sign up again as a new member. Please make sure you back up all the data and materials registered on the My menu before following through with this procedure. As soon as you cancel your membership, all the materials on the menu will be lost. |

| D. Mailing Service |

| I am a member of your site but mailings from your site are not reaching me. |
|
You may have registered your e-mail address incorrectly or not applied for mailing services. To apply for the service, please change your service status at the bottom of Change My Account Info under My Account Info, a sub-menu of the My menu. If the mailing service box is not checked, check it, then check it and click the "Confirm" button.
If our mailing services still aren¡¯t reaching you even after you have checked the box, double-check the e-mail address you gave us at the time you signed up and also check and see if our mailings are ending up in your spam box by mistake. |

| I don¡¯t want to receive further mailings from your site. |
|
You can refuse to receive our mailing service by simply opening a message we sent you and clicking on the "message rejection" button near the bottom; you will also need to type in your Korea.net ID.
Or, you can also un-check the necessary box at the bottom of Change My Account Info on My Account Info. Please clear the mailing service check-off box; then click the ¡°Confirm¡± button. |

| E. Cancel Membership |

| How do I cancel my membership? |
|
| You may cancel your membership under Cancel Membership of My Account Info, a sub-menu of My. Membership cancellation will result in the removal of all your membership information as well as the data saved on the My menu. |
