[K-Food] Korean Food Promotion Dinner at the Foreign Correspondent's Club, Hong Kong
The Foreign Correspondents' Club in Hong Kong with Maxearn Ltd. hosted a Korean promotional dinner event in celebration of the Korean Liberation Day (15 Aug) on the 17th of August, with the assistance of the Korean Cultural Center. The event introduced guests to traditional Korean food in a 12-course meal including marinated beef ribs and ginseng ice cream. The event included a two-week long special menu in the FCC restaurants where Korean food was served to the club members.
