Musical “Marie Curie” Screening and Related Events
The Korean musical, “Marie Curie”, which won five prizes at the 5th Korean Musical Awards, will meet Polish audiences in November.
This coming November, Korean Cultural Center in Poland will host screening events to present the Korean musical “Marie Curie” at Kinoteka located in the center of Warsaw.
The musical "Marie Curie" (directed by Tae-hyung Kim, produced by LIVE Corporation) tells the story of the life of "Maria Skłodowska-Curie", considered the most outstanding scientist in history. Maria was the first scientist to win the Nobel Prize twice. The musical focuses on the figure of Maria, who experiences anguish and tragedy through her research.
Along with the screening events, comprehensive cultural events about Marie Curie will be held. From September 23, the audience will be able to see “Marie Curie Photo Zone” that exhibits materials related to the musical and reproduces Marie Curie’s laboratory at Korean Cultural Center in Poland.
