The latest exhibition from Jeonju National Museum showcases for the first time, the ancient relics and other resources of Mahan one of the country in Korea made up of 54 tribal states that were spread across the regions of Gyeonggi-do Gyeonggi-do Province, Chungcheong-do Province and Jeolla-do Province.
It was Baekje (18 B.C. ?A.D. 660), one of the three big kingdoms of Korean Peninsula at the time that absorbed Mahan down the road. Over 320 relics will be showcased, classified into four parts, portraying from birth to decline of one of the earliest nations in Korean Peninsula.
