Dreams come True-The art of Disney Classic fairy tales

We are proud to present this world-class exhibition organized by the Walt Disney Animation Research Library (hereafter, ARL) in Korea, the first venue in Asia and only the third venue in its world tour, after the U.S. and Australia.

The ARL houses a collection of more than 60 million pieces of original artwork including conceptual art, story sketches, background paintings, and maquettes created for the feature-length and short animated films produced throughout Walt Disney's 80 year history This exhibition features over 600 artworks from this priceless archive representing some of the most beloved animated films. These rarely seen gems will be available to Korean audiences for the very first time.

At Dreams Come True, visitors are invited to discover the motivation behind Walt Disney's Classic Fairy Tale storytelling characterized by originality and creativity This exhibition also presents the great legacies of Walt Disney artists, including Mary Blair, Glen Keane, Marc Davis, and Eyvind Earle, who helped create this popular 20th century art form_ These examples are important works of art in their own right.
