The Seoul Lantern Festival is scheduled for Nov. 1-17 along Cheonggyecheon Stream, with colorful lanterns to create a light spectacle. Launched in 2009, this annual festival attracts 2.5 million visitors every year. The lanterns will be lit at 5 p.m. and turned off at 10 p.m. (11 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays).
