The Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour for the second half of the year will run from Sept. 4 to Oct. 26 Thursdays through Sundays. This popular program highlights the beauty and romance of Changdeokgung on autumn nights. Visitors carry cheongsachorong (traditional lanterns) while exploring major palace halls and pavilions with a guide, while enjoying traditional music, tea and performing arts. Four sessions specifically for foreign visitors will also be available on the following dates: Sept. 28 and Oct. 5, 12 and 19. Commentary will be offered in English, Chinese and Japanese. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. on Aug. 27 through the Creatrip website (www.creatrip.com).
