The 29th Paju Jangdan Soybean Festival will run from Nov. 21-23 at Imjingak Plaza in Paju, Gyeonggi-do Province. Fresh tofu, bread and rice cakes made with the soybean will be on sale and area restaurants will feature produce from the city. The variety of food and attractions include making mini-meju (fermented soybean blocks) and experiencing traditional farming culture through activities like soybean threshing.
