This year's Silla Cultural Festival from Oct. 9-11 will be held around Bonghwangdae Tumulus and Woljeonggyo Bridge in Gyeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. This signature gala highlighting the ancient heritage of the host city will start with the Hwabaek Festival, a spectacular display of fireworks and drones to illuminate the night sky. Other programs promising unforgettable experiences include the Silk Road Festa, with top-tier street performance teams presenting aerial acts and pyrotechnic and bubble shows, and the Hwarang Hip-Hop Festa, a unique event found only in Gyeongju.
