SICAF 2009, Korea's biggest cartoon and animation festival is back with even more fun and games. This year's grand exhibition will be divided largely into animation screening, cartoon and animation display, international digital cartoon competition, cartoon and SICAF promotion plan.

During the movie festival, a total of 1,673 animations from 60 nations will be screened at Konkuk University branch of Seoul Lotte Cinema. The exhibition and convention will take place at COEX Convention Hall at Samseong-dong featuring 100-year history of Korean comics (manhwa), the best scenes and best of fantasy stories.

Exhibition from overseas will showcase Marvel Comics as well as other comic books from the neighboring Asian countries. The international digital cartoon competition will reveal the new face of comics by combining it with high technology.
