The Pohang Steel Art Festival blends steel, art and cultural activities, outlining Pohang’s history. It includes the sun and the moon myth of Yeonorang and Seonyeo. It also tells the story of Posco's successful recreation of the Korean steel industry. The festival encompasses the local culture and philosophy of the Pohang area, while aiming to create an urban landscape through art.

Location	Pohang Canal area in Nam District, Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do (North Gyeongsang Province)
Transportation	Take the Saemaeul Line to Pohang Station or take a bus from Seoul Express Bus Terminal or from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal. Once in Pohang, take local bus No. 105, 101 or 200 and get off at the Hwanho Sunrise Park
