The Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF), launched in 1995, is one of the five top animated film festivals around the world, as well as the biggest such festival in Korea, every July. It features all aspects of the animation industry, including arts, technology, education, content creation and much more, giving people a chance to walk around the amazing Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
