The Hangang Summer Festival has become the representative summer festival in Seoul, since 2013. The city culture festival is created by citizens, artists, private companies and local governments to enjoy the very best of summer You can find all the programs you can imagine in Hangang River Parks, including water sports, movies, performances, circus, ecological experiences, yachts, bicycles, and food.
