Consul General Won-sam Chang attended and congratulated the Philip Jaisohn Memorial House on the occasion of the memorial’s reopening ceremony in the Philadelphia region on Saturday, October 10. He gave appreciation plaques from the Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs to Media Borough Mayor Bob McMahon and President George Choe, on behalf of Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation’s former Chairman Bong Sik Lee.
