Events at KCCs abroad

안녕하세요!

Tuesday is Sound of Korea day!

Korean Cultural Center Indonesia together with the National Gugak Center this weekend in January, presents a special performance from The Sero.

THE SERO

The Sero, consisting of performers with a traditional musical background, is involved in various activities such as pansori, musicals, concerts, role playing including chang-geuk, and direction. This group explores the expansion of Gugak based on traditional music stories and is very familiar with the shift in the listener's perspective towards music from an object of appreciation to a medium of understanding and communication about reality. The Sero shares with the audience his musical interpretation of the world he sees with the eyes of young people, broadening the subject of communication.

SERO SONG

The song SERO tells the story of a boat that has one clear purpose. However, sailors had different ideas about how to get to their destination: some disagreed with the turning, and others preferred to take the straight path that led to the storm.

It is difficult to get everyone to agree on a problem and find a solution. But as long as we can agree on one goal, the results will be satisfying.
