Consul General Won-sam Chang gave his congratulatory remarks at various virtual ceremonies marking the 102nd anniversary of the March 1st Independence Movement. Meanwhile, Consul Jong Seop Lee, the Head of Mission at the Consular Office of the Republic of Korea in Philadelphia, gave his congratulatory remark at a similar online ceremony hosted by the Korean Senior Citizens Association of Greater Philadelphia.
