Korean Cultural Center held the seminar “Why Hallyu?” based on the growing interest in K-Drama, Korean variety shows and K-pop by local fans is held at 2021.08.20 (Friday) (at 3 pm).

MBC Entertainment Headquarters CP, Deputy Director, and PD Sa Hwa-kyung, who has been in charge of <Infinity Challenge> and <Come to Play>, was invited to the seminar held at the concert hall on the 3rd floor of the Cultural Center. It was a beneficial time for local Hallyu fans.

About 30 participants participated in the seminar, and during the Q&A session, participant Melis Ercin Yuruz asked why the overwhelming majority of Hallyu fans around the world are women. In response, Instructor Sa Hwa-kyung answered, "When women love something, they become more emotionally attached than men."

The Hallyu fans who participated in the seminar showed enthusiasm for asking questions through the Q&A session, and they responded positively to the activities of the Cultural Center, which provided Hallyu seminars following various cultural events in the midst of difficult times due to the prolonged corona virus.
