2021 Korean Cultural Center in Poland "Digital Korean Culture and Art Workshop"


Every Saturday from October 16th to 30th, the 'Digital Korean Culture and Art Workshop' is held at the Korean Cultural Center in Poland.

Proceed. We hope that many of you who are interested in Korean traditional culture and digital art will participate.

To understand the difference between oriental and western paintings, and to understand the characteristics of Korean paintings and

1. Schedule and Target

 ∙ Application period: October 10 Until (Sunday)

 ∙ Eligibility: Polish citizens over the age of 18

 · Recruitment: less than 100 people

 Participation fee: Free

 ∙ Program Schedule: 4 hours in total

October 16 (Sat) 10:00~12:00 (CEST)

October 23 (Sat) 10:00~12:00 (CEST)

*Please note that the workshop will be conducted in English.


2. Participation conditions

 ∙ Holders of a desktop PC or smartpad with a laptop or webcam with internet connection

 ∙ A person who can turn on the camera and follow video etiquette as it is a workshop through Zoom

 ∙ Consent to use of portrait rights and personal information (consent to use for publicity purposes)


3. How to participate in the workshop

 ∙ Participate after installing Zoom (Invitation email will be sent to each participant)


4. Program

 ∙ Differences between Eastern and Western paintings and characteristics of Korean paintings

 ∙ Characteristics of ink painting and the meaning of the 4 gentlemen

 ∙ Digital Korean painting production method (Photopea & ibispaint)

 ∙ Digital Korean painting production

 ∙ Share your work and give feedback

 ∙ Group photo shoot and presentation of participation reviews

* All works will be exhibited through the Cyber ​​Gallery of the Korean Cultural Center in Poland.

* The workshop process will be produced as a sketch video and will be posted on the Polish Korean Cultural Center website.  


5. Workshop participants’ preparations (at least one of the following items)

 ∙ Desktop PC with internet connection and webcam, microphone and speaker
