The exhibition What Makes Me Wander opened on October 28th in the presence of the artist David Seok Jun HA and the Art Director Suejin SHIN.

This exhibition reflects on an observation made in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The more we are forced to stay in a restricted space and meet only a few people, the harder we try to find and create a door that connects to the world so as not to be trapped in it. Before anything else, we leave one door open toward ourselves. Being disconnected from the world increases our opportunities to look into ourselves. Other doors are left open toward the world. We want to run out at any time and roam around the world aimlessly. The human ability to fantasize about the far end of the earth and even to the unknown world increases infinitely.

The artists who participate in this exhibition are David Seok Jun Ha, Jinju Lee, Jeongbae Lee, Céline Cuvelier, Cindy Coutant, Ben Rivers, Kraig Adams and Hyojin Jeong.

This exhibition can be seen at the Korean Cultural Center in Brussels from October 28, 2021 until January 21, 2022.
