**注意事項 Important Notice**

1)  參加者必須年滿17歲或以上

    Participants must be 17 years old or above

2) 參加者需自備個人化妝品參加工作坊

Participants need to bring their own cosmetic products. Details will be provided to successful applicants. 

3) 只限網上登記，不設現場報名

Online registration only. Walk-in will not be accepted.

4) 成功登記參加者如無故缺席，將影響日後其他課程的取錄機會

 Successful applicant absent without a valid reason, chance for being admitted by other classes will be affected.

5) 填妥參加表格表示參加者同意韓國文化院於活動期間進行拍攝及攝錄，以作紀錄及宣傳之用。如你不希望於活動期間被拍攝，請個別通知我們的工作人員。Please be advised that photographs and videos will be taken at the event for archival and promotional purposes. By entering this event, you consent to Korean Cultural Center photographing and using your images and likeness. If you do not wish to have us using your image, please notify our staff.

6) 如有任何爭議，韓國文化院將保留最終決定權

In the event of any disputes, the decision of Korean Cultural Center is final and conclusive.
