Cooking Show "Ciak! Si mangia"

The Korean Cultural Institute organized the cooking show on Korean Cuisine and Korean Cinema "Ciak! Si Mangia!" On 9 November during the "Korea Week Cinema 2021". The event took place in person and simultaneously in live streaming and talking and showing some of the dishes released in the hugely popular Korean series "Squid Game". Specifically, in addition to talking about some curiosities about the series itself, the preparation of the Dalgona and the "old-fashioned" Korean packed lunch was shown to the public, completing the cooking show with the preparation of the ojing-o sunde, that is the Korean-style stuffed squid .

The event was open to 50 people in attendance upon reservation, also organizing a live streaming for all those who failed to book in time. The live streaming was attended by an average of 80 people at the same time for a total of 602 views at the end of the streaming (today there are 1969 views). The hosts of the cooking show answered all the curiosities about Korean cuisine and cinema both from those present in the room and from the spectators of the live.

The event was also attended by "Mondo Coreano" very active on Instagram with its contents on Korea and Korean Culture which helped to make Korean cuisine and cinema better known to its 30 thousand followers through this event.
