Events at KCCs abroad

In celebration of the 2022 Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year), the Korean Cultural Centre is pleased to host a Korean traditional craft class, Hanji Goebul Wind Chime Making, with the KCC instructor Ms. Eunjung Cho.

Geobul is a triangular-shaped fruit that lives on an old lotus root. The three-pointed ears of Geobul have the meaning of repelling demons. Traditionally in Seollal, Korean ladies made Geobul accessories for their families to bring them blessings while repressing evil spirits throughout the year.
