Fans recognised her as player 240 on Netflix’s hit series Squid Game, and now Lee Yoo-mi is back in the highly-anticipated horror All Of Us Are Dead.
The 27-year-old actress’ role in the latest Korean series is unknown, however she confirmed her cameo with a picture on Instagram.
The eight-part series focuses on a high school which becomes ground zero for a zombie virus outbreak. Trapped students must fight their way out – or turn into one of the rabid infected.
Lee Yoo’s character met a deadly end as she made it to the third round of the fictional squid games, that followed a group of people in severe debt who agree to take part in a sadistic, life-threatening challenges in a bid to win an unimaginable fortune.
This time round, viewers are hoping for a slightly happier outcome as they took to Twitter to share their opinions.
One person made their feelings known and wrote: ‘If she dies again, I’ll unsubscribe from Netflix.’
Another commented: ‘Is she going to die again? Coz girl needs a break from getting killed.’
The zombie apocalypse programme has been written by Chun Sung-il, while J.Q. Lee and Kim Nam-su serve as directors, and also stars Park Ji-hu, Lim Jae-hyeok and Lomon, Yoo In-soo.
