The Korean Cultural Center and the University of Pécs (ZEN, University of Music) present a Korean Musical Class titled ‘The Voice of South Korea - Musical Traditions and contemporary music: from folk music to K-Pop’ on the 3rd and 4th of March, 2022. 

The aim of this course is to get a closer look at the music scene of South Korea with the guidance of experts from the Korean Cultural Center. This also means the musical-cultural heritage of the country: folk songs like Arirang, and ritual music as well as contemporary pop music. In this attempt the course employs a broad historical, cultural and social context.
