The Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, Kim Boo-kyum, visited Turkey to attend the opening ceremony of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge.

President Erdoğan met with South Korean Prime Minister Kim Boo-Kyum, who came to Turkey to attend the opening ceremony of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge, at the bridge's construction site in Lapseki.

South Korean Prime Minister Kim Boo-Kyum said, "The completion of the bridge connecting the Çanakkale Strait has an importance in terms of human history because it opens a new passage in the East and West" during his speech at the ceremony of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge.
