Zaree [Sound Painting] Performance Introduction
Yiodosana
It is a folk song of Jeju Island that haenyeo sang while rowing while going out or entering the sea on a boat. Zaree was intended to express the sorrows and sorrows of Jeju Haenyeo's life. With live conditions, Yiodosana's catfishing and receiving sounds were composed more abundantly.
One hundred and fifty years
As a Gangwon-do folk song, the existing melodies and lyrics recite the bitterness of life, yet are lively and fun. Zaree concentrated on expressing the loneliness of life of 500 years and tried to keep the characteristics of Menarijo. In addition, Unra and Daebuk, which are not used in existing folk songs, were added to create a solemn atmosphere.
