Consul General Byung Hwa Chung met with the wife and family members of the late Rear Admiral J. Robert Lunney on Wednesday, March 23. A hero of the Heungnam Evacuation during the Korean War, Adm Lunney passed away on March 10 at the age of 94.s. Amb Chung expressed his sympathies and delivered a plaque and letters of condolence from Korean President Moon Jae-in and Minister Hwang Ki-chul of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs to the surviving family.
