The Korean Cultural Center in Poland will host two concerts by the Korean modern Gugak group Ak Dan Gwang Chil(ADG7) in cooperation with the Jassmine Club, a jazz club located in downtown Warsaw. We look forward to your participation, who are interested in modern Korean traditional music .
Since its opening in 2021, the Jasmine Club has hosted weekly concerts performed by international jazz artists and has been working on various projects in cooperation with major cultural institutions such as Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
ADG7 was formed in 2015, the 70th anniversary of Korean Indipendence Day and it is a modern Gugak group that crosses the boundary between traditional and modern music. It is made up of 3 folk vocals who are getting attention in the religious and folk music scene and 6 traditional musicians. ADG7’s performance is modern, enjoyable, lively and gives us positive energy. Their music is incomparable to any other music and it immerses the audience.
