Korean Food Class : 'Temple Vegetarian Food'






There are several menu including mushroom in grain syrup, Mandu (dumplings) stuffed with vegetables, Pickles, Seaweed soup with black sesame and Ongsimi (boiled dough), Cucumber Kimchi, Tofu Kimbap, and Rice wrapped in vegetables.

Class Schedule : Every Thursdays at 06.00 - 08.00 p.m.
Duration: June 30 - July 21, 2022

PS Participation selection would give priority to person who would use knowledge for benefit in the future such as cooking lecturers, restaurant owners, chefs, person who works relating to temple, or with other appropriate reasons.
