On July 18, 2022 at 10.00 a.m., Korean Cultural Center in Thailand welcomed the members of Military Attache Corps of Thailand - Spouses (MACT-S). There are various nationalities participants including from the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.

The participants started the program with visiting 'Hanbok In K-Series' exhibition and tried on Hanbok.

Moreover, the participants learned how to make fresh Kimchi or Geotjeori taught by Ji Sun Hee, owner of Dae Jang Geum Restaurant in Bangkok. Fresh kimchi is a dish that has simpler cooking method than regular kimchi and it doesn't take much time to ferment.

To make this kind of kimchi, it would use the inner part of the crispy and fresh cabbage. Also, the chef introduces to use the outer leaves to make the other easy-to-make dish called Baechujeon or cabbage pancakes.
