On July 26, 2022, H.E. Mr. Moon Seoung Hyun, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Thailand and Mr. Cho Jae-il, Director of the Korean Cultural Center paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Phiphat Ratchaprakarn, Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand.

The issue of the meeting is to discuss on cooperation in revitalizing Thailand's excellent tourism resources and the globalization of Muay Thai.

In addition, next year will be the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Thailand and the 70th anniversary of the Korean War armistice. 

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand will continue to strive to strengthen exchanges in tourism and sports between the two countries.
