Templar cooking class at Eataly with the nun Jeong Kwan

All the participants did their utmost by receiving the compliments of the nun Jeong Kwan!

It was not a simple lesson in culinary techniques, but also a meditative moment of reflection on respect for life and the environment, key values of the Korean Templar Cuisine!
