The nun chef Jeong Kwan was a guest in ALMA, the prestigious international school of Italian cuisine, to give a lesson on Korean Templar Cuisine.

It was an opportunity for all those present to reflect on a cuisine and a sustainable diet that respects life and the environment, imbued with positive energy and gratitude for all the components of the food cycle that brings the meal to our tables every day. daily that we sometimes consume with little conscience.

The Institute hopes that with this occasion it has made its own contribution to the training of present and future chefs not only on the "technical" side, but also on the "spiritual" side.

In the evening, the nun was a guest, together with the representatives of the Korean Cultural Institute, at the Author's Dinner with graduate chefs from the school and today at the helm of the Milanese restaurant Altatto where they offer plant-based and sustainable cuisine.
