[Hong Kong] Kimchi Tasting Workshop with Hong Kong Kimchi Factory Chef Park Young Ho

The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong, hosted the Kimchi Tasting Workshop "Kimchi: Dasekdami [김치:다색다미]" with PMQ Taste Library, New World Mart and Kimchi Factory. Chef Park Young-Ho from Kimchi Factory introduced a wide variety of Kimchi, and the science behind their taste and fermentaiton. The participants learned the secrets behind Kimchi and different ways to cook and enjoy Kimchi in recipes and with other cuisines.
