Incheon Airport K-Stopover Promotion




On Wednesday 28 September at the Multifunctional Hall of the Korean Cultural Institute a promotional meeting was held with travel agencies and tour operators with the aim of promoting the programs and tourist packages called "K-Stopover" organized by Incheon International Airport between the most modern and advanced in the world equipped with various and highly efficient services for all users.



The meeting began with a greeting from the Director Chun Ye Jin of the Korean Cultural Institute to welcome all the guests present, underlining how, following the growing popularity of Korean media content, interest in Korea as a tourist destination has also grown. hoping that more and more people can go and visit Korea, a country with great and wonderful tourist attractions.



Following the greetings of the Director, Korean Air, which organized the meeting in collaboration with Incheon International Airport, presented its services and the aircraft used on the Rome-Incheon route.



Incheon International Airport presented all the services and facilities available to travelers through a video projected in the meeting room. The Airport has worked to improve and speed up as much as possible all procedures and border controls, the rapid and intuitive movement between airport terminals, moreover, for all travelers passing through Incheon, free tours have been organized for travelers in stopover. , duty-free shops, comfortable waiting rooms, capsule hotels, showers and facilities with massage services etc ...




Immediately following the Korean Cultural Institute presented Korea in general as well as presenting the activities of the institute itself. Finally, the meeting ended with the viewing of a promotional video on Korean tourism depicting the major tourist destinations and attractions of the country made available by the Korean Tourism Board which fascinated those present in the room.





At the end of the meeting, some of those present reported that there had been requests for travel to Korea already before the pandemic and now they hope that with the improvement of the situation and the reopening of the borders, tourism products to Korea can be organized.



At the end of the meeting, a small buffet based on Hansik (Korean cuisine) was also organized, which those present greatly appreciated.
