In order to promote Korean food and culture, Korean Cultural Center Indonesia (KCCI) in collaboration with Iruum Complex held an event called "Korean Food Carnival" in Serpong, Tangerang which was successfully held for two days on 21 and 22 October.

On the first day, visitors can participate in the 'Wheel of Fortune' game with prizes of various kinds of food and other products from Korea and can taste the Korean food tester served. Furthermore, on the second day a Kimchi-making experience event was held, guided by an expert chef of Korean cuisine. Besides Kimchi, there is also a large portion of Bibimbap stirring event where visitors can participate in tasting the Bibimbap.

By holding this event, it is hoped that people, especially those who live in the Tangerang area and its surroundings, can get to know more about Korean culture, especially the food.
