Consul General Byung Hwa Chung met with a delegation from Kongju National University on September 26, 2022. The meeting included the university’s president, Mr. Won Sung-soo, and his staff. From the Consulate General, Korean Education Center Director Ju Hui Lee also joined. They discussed various ways the Consulate General can facilitate support from the Korean communities to Kongju University students studying in the Consulate’s five jurisdiction states. The delegation also requested Consulate General’s cooperation in promoting academic exchange programs with American universities and finding various internship opportunities for Kongju University students.
