*Courses with A will cover the first half of the Sejong Korean textbook and the courses with B will cover the second half of the Sejong Korean textbook

✱︎Class Size: 12 max. (If a class does not meet the half size of its maximum capacity, it may be cancelled.)

✱︎Registration Start Date – Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 (Any registration email sent prior to this date will not be read)

✱︎How to register:
1) Complete and email the "Registration Form" at kcckoreancourses1@gmail.com 

- Please rename the file as "2023 Winter Semester Registration Form-First and Last name"

- "Registration Form" is attached below or you can also download it from:

2) Send the "Registration Form & Fee" - (Please avoid making payment prior to receiving a confirmation email from KCC) 
- Mail: #101-150 Elgin, Ottawa, ON, K2P 1L4 (Cheque only – Payable to ‘Embassy of Korea’) 

*Please make sure to sign your cheque on the front 

*If the name on the cheque is different from the name of the registrant, please write the registrant's name in the memo

- Drop-In: Monday-Friday between 9 AM - 5 PM (Cash or Cheque)

*If you would like to transfer the registration fee you have paid for the past semester, please make a note on the registration form. (This does not apply to those who have previously registered, enrolled and completed a course in the past semester)

*Due to limited class capacity, please pay the registration fee by Friday, January 13th. If not, your registration may be cancelled and your place will be given to those who are on the waiting list

*No refunds after February 2nd, 2022

Registration confirmation emails will start to be sent out on Friday, December 9th. Please refrain from emailing again to avoid mixups in the order of the emails.
