On January 25 the opening ceremony of the photography exhibition  was held at the Korean Cultural Center in Brussels in attendance of 

Delphine Dumont, director of the PhotoBrussels Festival, curator Seok Jae-hyeon, and all five participating artists: AHN Jun, BAE Chan-hyo, CHOI Young-kwi, JEONG Yun-soon, and LEE Jee-young.

With 'self-portraiture' as its main theme, this exhibition wants explore this form of self-reflective art in which the gaze of the artist is directed inward toward their inner self or ego rather than outward toward external objects through the works of five Korean photographers.

These five artists each partake in this tradition of introspection while walking different paths to explore their inner self which created an interesting and reflective exhibition.
