On March 12th, a Hanbok parade was successfully held on Avenida Paulista, the cultural hub of São Paulo, as part of the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Korean immigration in Brazil. The event was jointly organized by the Korean Cultural Center and the Korean Cultural and Artistic Association of Brazil, providing an opportunity to showcase the history and culture of Korean immigrants and to share the beautiful traditional attire and Korean culture with the Brazilian citizens.

Over 450 people signed up to participate in the parade, thanks to the support of those interested in the history of Korean immigration in 1963 and Hanbok. Among the applicants, 103 volunteers were selected to take part in the event. Due to high demand, the capacity was expanded to 200 participants, allowing for a larger number of people to join the parade than originally planned.

These performances attracted great attention and applause from the spectators who were already present on the avenue before the start of the parade.
