Events at KCCs abroad

On Tuesday July 4th, together with chef Fabrizio Ferrari who works in Korea, Michelin star chefs Daniele Usai, Nicola Fossaceca and Piergiorgio Siviero, with the collaboration of the Korean Cultural Center in Italy, created the project "Journey to Korea among the stars ” via their past experience of appearing on the Korean TV show “Welcome, First Time in Korea?”. The event was held in Fiumicino(close to the city of Rome).


Starting from July 6th, throughout the summer season you can try chefs' dishes that contain Korean ingredients such as Gochujang(chili paste), Kimchi(fermented vegetables in hot sauce), mixed grain powder, lotus root tea and burdock at the following restaurants:


- Ristorante il Tino (Daniele Usai)  Via Monte Cadria 127, Fiumicino (RM)
- Ristorante al metro' (Nicola Fossaceca) Via Ferdinando Magellano 35, San Salvo (CH)
- Lazzaro 1915 (Piergiorgio Siviero) Via Roma 351, Pontelongo (PD)


Enjoy Korean meals in the above restaurants and you’ll also receive as gifts Korean ingredients and postcards containing Korean recipes prepared by the Korean Cultural Center in Italy.
