On 18th August, the Korean Cultural Center celebrated National Liberation Day of Korea at Kanarat Bamrung Pathum Thani School in Thailand. They held various Korean cultural experience events such as a Jindo drum dance performance, wearing Hanbok, and traditional games. Kanarat Bumrung School, located in Pathum Thani, has offered a Korean language course since 2020, and currently, 70 students are learning Korean. About 300 students participated in this event to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Liberation Day together.

Various side events were also held, such as a Hanbok parade, watching a commemorative Liberation Day video, and a K-pop cover dance performance. The Korean food booths made by the students also garnered significant attention.
Cho Jae-il, the Director of the Culture Center, mentioned in his congratulatory speech, "These students have visited the Korean Culture Center before to experience Korean culture and have also participated in our Lunar New Year events. Therefore, this time, with a heart full of gratitude, we wanted to bring the Korean Culture Center to these students who are learning the Korean Language. Moreover, we hope this event provided you with a closer look and feel of Korean culture."
