Gyeongju, the open-air museum - The Korea you wish for, season 3 ep.5
In this episode Adriana and Viola will take you to Gyeongju, a city full of history, considered as an open-air museum! The first stop is Gyochon village, where people can see traditional houses and schools of the Silla era and participate in various activities, including the preparation of Gochujang, chili pepper paste. You can not miss a visit to Daereungwon Tomb Complex (대릉원 일원), the park located in the center of the city where the great kings of the Silla era rest and admire Cheomseongdae observatory (첨성대). The tour ends with a walk to Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond (동궁과월지), the site of banquets and national events in the Silla era.
