Events at KCCs abroad

The Korean Cultural Center, LA (KCCLA), for the first time since its opening in 1980, held the 'Korean Culture Day in Nebraska' for the people in Nebraska to experience diverse aspects of Korean culture.

Various Korean culture experience events have been held in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho, but it was held for the first time in Nebraska and it provided a wealth of attractions and entertainment for the participants from traditional culture to K-pop, including opportunities to enjoy Hanbok, Taekwondo, K-Snack experiences, K-Pop Cover Dance performances, and workshops along with the traditional Korean games.

Beginning with this event in Nebraska, KCCLA plans to continue organizing many events to promote and spread various K-cultures in the areas where people have fewer opportunities to experience Korean culture in the United States.
