The Korean Cultural Center in Los Angeles hosted Korean Movie Master Classes at Chapman University and UC Irvine on October 30 and November 6.
This event was held as part of the ‘Korean Cinema Touring Program’, where KCCLA introduces Korean films to film students at major U.S. universities every year. During this year's screenings and discussions, KCCLA invited director Cheol-soo Jang, whose film, 'Bedevilled', was invited to Cannes 2010. Students and the director Jang discussed 'Bedevilled' in depth, including various metaphors, directing techniques, and production processes of the movie.
