The Korean Cultural Center in Hungary presented two concerts on 14-15 November in the House of Music, Hungary titled ‘Rhythms & Rhymes’. Performances by representative singer-songwriters from South Korea provided an insight into the aesthetics of Korean-language lyrics. Local audiences enjoyed the magic of the lyrics in Hungarian translation, with the help of Hungarian actors, immersing themselves in the performance through the triad of language, literature and music. On 14 November, a project team consisting of five musicians on the border between jazz and contemporary, led by Hyunjin Bek, met the Hungarian audience. On 15 November, at the concert of Lucid Fall, a trio of piano and guitar percussion introduced an hour of extraordinary time to the local audience.
