On Tuesday, January 23rd the Korean Cultural Center organized a Sumukhwa workshop for Thai people who are interested in Korean traditional ink painting, Sumukhwa, to learn about the spring of Korea through the ink.
The event had the head of the Department of Visual Arts and students of the Department of Visual Arts Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Curators from Bangkok Art City, journalist from Thairath and Bangkokbiznews, and professors from Assumption University, totaling more than 30 people, including H.E. Park Yong-min, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Thailand participated in the activity as well. With instructor Ye Hyang, teaching from drawing lines to writing letters that mean "joy" and drawing plum blossoms to match the letters.
